Bedding patterns for Univisio

One of our previous customers, Univisio, was in the need of new bedding patterns with a clear, Nordic twist. We visited them in the town of Jämijärvi to present our collection.

As pattern buyers, they knew what they were looking for. Even though Finnish designers are known for being masters of making abstract pattern designs, that was not on their wishlist this time. Instead, something romantic and lovely. And that’s what we have! One of our three pattern concepts is for lovely patterns.

Instead of accepting the ready-made color variations, Univisio’s sourcing and sales teams requested a color change. Such services are obvious for us, so we suggested them a couple of variations with Pantone codes that were printed out as samples on the chosen material. This step is important as some of the colors look completely different when printed on fabrics than on a computer screen. After several adjustments, we sent the final production-ready pattern files to Univisio online, with the WeTransfer-service. Univisio, as all our customers, got the story behind the pattern for their own marketing purposes. Also, the designer’s photo and bio were supplied. With this package, Univisio can convince its customers of the uniqueness and the originality of the pattern.

Now, the Peppiina bedlinen, designed by Anna Kuukka, is out in Univisio stores! Peppiina has fresh colors with a hazy watercolor-like feeling and large peony flowers blooming in it. It is available in two colorways and two sizes – for a single bed or a double bed. The pattern is printed on luxurious cotton satin for your good night’s sleep.⠀⠀⠀
