The visual effect of pattern families

Published: 07/02/2017

Our textile designers design not only single patterns, but also pattern families. We love showing the patterns as combination of three designs, which equals a family. The family has generally one main pattern, which is followed by two supporting patterns. The patterns are great as such, each individually, but as a family they create combinations which are visually very effective for retail as they collect the attention of people who see them.

Throughout the times Kahandi Design has been mastering the pattern families. Besides of the strict use of set color scheme and the use of bold colors, their skillfull way of creating, using and combining elements is very typical for Kahandi Design. Above you can see the Polar family, and below four other ones. Which one is your favourite?
