Anniina Korte

Anniina Korte´s patterns are often somehow storytelling ones. She prefers to draw and paint everything using traditional art techniques by hand, which creates a unique style and impression for her designs.

She graduated with a Master of Arts in textile design from Aalto University in 2022. Since her childhood, Anniina has been involved in fine arts at various civic colleges and courses.

Nature is her favorite source of inspiration because the themes of her designs often revolve around nature, plants, and animals. She loves to draw bold patterns and designs with forgotten or endangered animal species. Breaking boundaries, and bringing a new perspective and style to traditional textile patterns are her goals as a designer.
