Makea – Helmi 1
Makea means sweet in Finnish language. The name Makea refers to the sweet and sugary colors in this pattern family. This pattern was skeched with inkblot experiments. The outcome reminded me of a pearl necklace and the pattern came out as an abstract design of playful pearls – Helmi in Finnish. The pattern suits for kids clothing or playful interiors for instance as curtains, bed linen or cushions. On smaller scale it suits also for small products such as notebooks.
