Päikkärit – Odotus
The ‘Odotus’ pattern consists of simple elements that form a lively surface, and on a bigger surface have a fun rhythm in the repetition. The abstract style works well, for example, as a gender-neutral pattern for babies and kids products. The Finnish name means “waiting” or “expectation”. Well, waiting can get boring, but here I have thought about the happy mood that is bubbling under when you are eagerly waiting for something good to happen.
