Work as design agents: Patternsfrom Agency at Kauppalehti Optio

Patternsfrom Agency represents nine Finland-based textile and surface designers. We write about them and highlight their skills regularly. But do you know what the work as design agents is really like, or who we founders are?

After years of postponing the outreach to media, we got it done this summer. Lovely Mrs. Jenny Jännäri from Kauppalehti Optio considered our story an interesting one and came over to visit us for an interview. We aim to spread the importance of good design to all industries equally, and we wish that people become aware of how much, and what kind of surface design they use in their daily life. Many industries, not only textiles, could benefit from some magic of good pattern design. Such pilot trials don’t need to cost fortunes.
